Keith Ayers author of Engagement is NOT Enough!,
is the President of Integro, an Australian based consulting company that
helps organizations accelerate the achievement of their vision. Now living in West Chester PA, Keith has been a consultant for 29 years. His company has been the International Distributor for Inscape Publishing products in Australia and New Zealand since 1985, and has been one of their most successful distributors for that entire period. Keith has founded the Integro Leadership Institute, a division of Integro with over 60 Associates across North America. His expertise is in working with CEO’s and senior executive teams to help them develop a high performance culture… one that is based on a high level of trust and personal responsibility. Keith has worked with executive teams in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China and the US, and has also been a speaker at conferences in Germany, Finland, the UK and throughout North America.
VICKI SIMMONS,MSSW:
An Integro Leadership Associate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate from the University of Louisville. In practice for
20 years, she specializes in working with organizations to build trust at
work by facilitating opportunities to create a responsibility based culture.
Vicki is a certified Life and Business Coach and works with Senior
Executives to create environments where employees want to come to work.
Vicki guides her clients through processes of developing competencies of
emotional and social intelligence and then creating strategies for teaching
it forward. |
